ClearProfit Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ClearProfit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. The Service

ClearProfit is a Shopify app that helps merchants calculate and review profitability using shop order data, costs, refunds, fees, and advertising spend. Reports are informational and should not be treated as accounting, tax, or financial advice.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

• You must maintain a valid Shopify store and provide accurate data.
• You are responsible for reviewing calculations before making business decisions.
• You must not misuse the app, interfere with it, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.

4. Billing

Paid plans, billing periods, and charges are presented during installation or upgrade and are managed through Shopify’s Billing API. You may cancel by uninstalling the app or as otherwise offered through Shopify.

5. Availability and Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ClearProfit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Privacy

Our handling of data is governed by the ClearProfit Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to support@withly.org.
